Every Teammate Counts · Mental health at the heart

Strong enough to ask.

Our mission: to create a culture where every athlete knows that seeking help is a sign of strength, where mental health is valued as much as physical health, and where no athlete has to face life's toughest battles alone.

Our namesake

Why the otter?

The otter is more than just our logo — it represents someone who will always be part of our story.

Every Teammate Counts was inspired by one of my closest friends and teammates, who lost his life after struggling with mental health. Throughout our time together, everyone knew him as “The Otter.”

To honor his memory and the impact he had on so many lives, we chose the otter as the symbol of this organization. You'll find it on every piece of apparel and throughout everything we create.

The otter is a reminder that every teammate matters, every conversation has value, and no athlete should ever feel like they have to struggle alone.
